4/30,/2026 An Inconvenience

          February 2025, I get pulled over by 2 cops in a patrol car. One goes back to his car to run my license. The other is by my passenger door, I have the window down. He says do you have diabetes, I say what??? I say no. Then he says nevermind. In my family there has been never been diabetes. So that bizarre statement, came from DS. When I was at the doctor's last February , I asked for a blood test. Yep have an elevated a1c count. A1c is 7. Just great. Got tipped off a year ago.

          I eat cereal for breakfast almost everyday, it's good for regularity. I have a regular bowl and fill it halfway with rice checks or corn cereal. Then raisen bran on top. I used to sprinkle sugar on top but no more. I looked at ingredients on the Post bran flakes. It was like 25 grams of sugar plus added sugars of 23g. Total 48g.  I couldn't believe it. It's like frosted flakes, yet full of sugar, great. In supermarkets there are generic bran flakes, total sugar is 14.  I will be getting this cereal instead. And bonus it's cheaper.I put on the cereal about 3 tablespoons of frozen blueberries, 4 slices of peaches and 1 banana. I've been doing this for last 3 months. With peaches I was getting a can at the DollarTree. At a supermarket I find cans of peaches with no added sugars. So I now buy these cans. The hard part is losing weight, which is on the menu.

            A couple times a week I will add one egg and veggies and 1 slice of well done bacon. I used to do a slice of bread but now cut that out. Haven't done pancakes either. I also used to eat a Neapolitan ice cream sandwich every night. No more. For desert now it's 1 Vortman fudge cookie no sugar. And a no sugar pudding cup, I get at Wallmart.  

           So I get the heads up by the cop. I figure no history of the disease in my family, so I'm good. Wrong! I let a year go by. Why, because it was an inconvenient truth. Oh boy. I'm the dummy. Pay attention to your health. Check the food box labels. Compare products. Looking for too much sugar and salt. Get blood tests every 6 mos, especially if your older. Over 50. Stay on top of your health no matter what. And act on DS guidances.

4/19/26. 251 Years

           The birth of this nation started today  in Lexington & Concord MA. The regulars were looking to grab the guns and ammo from the local militia. Things didn't  go according to plan.

          Colonial spies tipped off  the militia that today the regulars were coming for Concord. Paul Revere does his ride along the shore . Letting it be known that the regulars are moving by boat across the harbor to Charlestown. 700 of them. William Dawes makes the horse ride inland to warn the people of Regulars afoot. Church bells begin to peal. Reveree heads to Lexington. 70  minutemen  are on the Lexington Green. The regulars enter the Green. It is now 5 am. The regulars release a volley at the militia. 7 dead minute men and they retreat. The regulars move on to Concord. When they get there at 8 am, They started searching for the weopens. By 11 am a force of over ,200 militia were in Concord.   Two hundred Colonists against 100 regulars. This is where the shot heard a tree round the world occured. One shot  first, then a return volley. 8 dead colonists. They return fire leaving 3 dead regulars. Regulars find no weopens, they are hidden at surrounding farms. The retreat is on for the regulars. Back to Lexington. The colonists shoot at them from both sides of the road for 3 hours. Another 800 regulars have come to their aid. The March back to Boston was more of the same. The Minutemen are arriving throughout the day. This day led to 94 minutemen deaths and 400 casualties for the British. More could of been killed but colonists failed to corner them at Boston. 20,000 colonists are now up in arms around Boston  The beginning of the end of the occupation. June 17 at Breeds hill will be the nail in the coffin for the British.

          Being united over one moral code worked wonders for the colonies. 8 years of war were to follow. This led to the US becoming a world power. Trying to do good in the world. There have been many back steps but we were always moving forward. Bottom line, keep moving forward in your own lives and the rest will follow.

4/05/2026. Easter is Here

             Easter Sunday. A day that heralds re-birth. New beginnings if you will. The soul in it's pure form. It was demonstration of eternal life. We too can witness this in our own life today. Practice with DS and the link grows strong. As the link grows, so does your understanding. Is it a smooth path probably not. But it is most definitely worth it.

             Mary laughed when told she was going to birth a child, she was too old. Maybe, but with God all things are possible.  So God made a new way for man to come to the God head. And man took notice. This man changed the next 2000 years with his  birth. For good or ill, it would be for man to make a choice, upliftment or depravement. A lot of times depravement ruled the day. But there were some others who said I too will be kind and nice to others everyday. These people practiced what they preached. Who ever does this is doing God's will. When you do this everyday you are working with God. You become an example to others. The little things you do start out as ripples but over time will turn into great waves. These waves will help to regenerate man. The elevation will enable man to see way farther than he ever did before.

          By looking at your journal, you can see how DS has helped you throughout the years. Always remember to make the ask. Then pay attention to events around you. Always have gratitude for all your experience. Whether good or bad there is something you have to learn during these times. Be creative in all actions.

4/03/2926. Tesla

            Another 2 deaths in a Tesla in Florida. Dec 30 2024. The self driving feature was engaged, it drove off the highway suddently and hit a tree bursting into flames. A passerby tried to help but the doors could not open. I've read other instances concerning Teslas as well, resulting in deaths. In my estimation I do not recommend these cars to ride in. Death traps. A battery fire is way way hotter than a gasoline fire. I'd be wary of all self driving cars. So that there is my 2 cents.
