During an N.D.E ( near death experience ) many people report having a life review. Which entails their life's pointeient moments. Not only do they see,hear and feel those interactions with others during their life time but they also experience what the other person or persons are experiencing as well during those exchanges. An eye opening moment. It's like the fictional story the Christmas Carol by Charles Dinkins.
Whether its true or not. Let's pretend that it's true and there is a life review. That can help us in the here and now. We can modify our behaviors if we want to. Say that you are in an argument with someone, once you resort to yelling absolutely nothing good will come about. Bite your tongue and try to see it from their perspective. Maybe you can write down your grievances and each of you hand your complaint to the other. Then let the mitigation begin. 1 step at a time. Hopefully a peaceful resolution will occur. The more you do this the easier it will come. And everyone can deal with less stress in their life.
Think of ways to make less stress in your life. If you really try the above and it doesn't work. Remove yourself from the situation. If it's a stressful job, get a different job. It could ad years to your life.
If it's a family member, try to talk softly, when making your points. Address each point one at a time and stick with that one point til there is a resolution of some sort. Probably just stick to 3 points during the discussion and be willing to compromise. When you are by yourself you can sit in a chair and visualize yourself having a conversation with this person. You visualize a peaceful resolution with them. Do it 3 times a day and just before you are to meet this person you are having a problem with. If your heart is in it, it should work out just fine. Less stress = better life for you and those around you. Win....win. this is living the spiritual life.
