Headaches can come from many causes. Usually I don't get them. One headache I got lasted all day. Later I learned it came from eating dark chocolate. Milk chocolate had no affect. Everybody's body chemistry is different. I noticed recently when I wake up, I can feel a headache coming on. I take a deep breath through my nose and hold it as long as I can. Then blow it out. I do this 3 to 4 times in a row. I have to do this about 4 times a month. It works for me. The beginning stages of the headache have been stopped. Works every time.
