It's super bowl time again. I always hope for a good game. I hope for the future that they can through technology lessen the risks of concussion to it's players. This should be their number 1 goal.
Pierre-Paul who plays for the Buccaneers overcame big obstacles to reach top ranks of defensive players. His mantra is put God first and don't give up. That's it in a nut shell. This guy puts his heart into everything he does. That is the right attitude.
A friend of mine gave me a card once.. The front of the card had a picture of a large Huron ( its a water bird) trying to swallow a frog. At the last second the frog reaches down and grabs the huron's neck. The words on the card are never give up. When I'm up against it, I always think on that card.
The piano helps 106 yr old Collette Maze from France to be active. Her music lifts her spirit staying in touch with the life force. She will release her 6th album of piano music.
These people are tuned in. They have selected for themselves the best part of the cake. They are beacons for the rest of us. They shine their light on fertile grounds where others can flourish. Consistency and dedication and a strong knowing is what is required.
Do something in the morning to uplift you and set a positive mood for the day. By doing this day after day, your attitude will rise up, making a better future for yourself. The goal is to enjoy life with less worry.
