In the Wizard of Oz, the dog is the one that pulls the curtain aside revealing the jerk with the big mouth. Our ego is like that so called wizard. Always jumping in with the big mouth. First things first, when your emotions are worked up , its time to count to 10. A little down time to think things through. Are my future words going to help me in the near future. It's hard to do but necessary. Your life will be a lot smoother. Working on this is the best thing you can do for yourself. Take a deep breath and ask spirit for help in your upsettment. Spirit can smooth the way. It will be a little less bumpy for you. The 10 count is your default setting. Use it frequently.
By taking 10 minutes for yourself in the morning you help with the future minutes of your day. Just try to think of peacefull thoughts. The mind will jump around, and that's normal and ok. The important thing is to take those 10 minutes. You allow the ego to take a back seat. Once you get the ego into the back seat the trick is not to let it drive.
Nothing comes to you until you have a thought. All scientific inventions start here. The same with you. Figure out what you want, think about it, then make it happen. Have faith that it will happen. Do an action everyday to get closer to it. Once you have it. Your confidence will soar. Your life has no where to go but up. If anyone tells you otherwise, then in your mind you say it will be done. Your actions today carry you to a better future for you.
