I want to DIE. Don't put alot of emotion into this exclamation. No matter what happened to you. A woman I knew of did this and her health took a turn downward within the year. Her health became debilitating.
When things don't go right in your life, focus on making it better. Let the emotion out but not on others. Yell, scream break something. It is better than holding it in where it can do real damage to you. For your mental health you have to get the focus off of yourself. You can try to volunteer your time to the needy. Hopefully you will regain your balance.
Your emotions can KILL you. Mental health is a priority in order to have a chance of a productive good life.
When in a dire state, use spirit, ask it to help you with your problem. Pay attention to any source of info, it can come from any direction. Every day look for that answer. It may take some time.
