Today marks 1 year of doing this blog. This yrs blog is going to focus on changing your life for the better. You will have a better understanding of yourself.
Spirit is how God can communicate with you. That communication is available 24 -7. The only requirement is for you to notice.
Each day ask spirit a question. Then write the question down in your 9x12 inch notebook. Put the date atop all your future entries. Answers to your questions can come from many sources. Words from the TV or radio. Another person , a book or the internet. Also an answer can come from a dream as well. If you think you got a possible answer write it down in your book. What you want to do is strengthen your connection to spirit. By being active you show spirit that you want it's help. Many experiences await you. The effort is well worth it.
Make a small goal that you would like to achieve. It's rewarding when you do the work and are able to complete the goal. It builds confidence and inner strength. As that strength builds, you set yourself up for a more rewarding life. Not being blown from here to there. You will become captain of your life experiences and no longer a deck mate.
The key word here is stick-to-itiveness. Fight the lethargy that wants to thwart us and keep us binded up in the status quo.
